BPW Greater Sudbury Recognizes Joanne LeBreton For Her Ambition and Passion In Helping Others Succeed.

Finding spare time can be a great challenge for most people, and for Joanne LeBreton, it would seem that there is a definite shortage of spare time, however she is able to manage her busy career as a Chartered Professional Accountant with Baker Tilly SNT LLP (formerly Collins Barrow), teach at Cambrian College and Laurentian University, be a mother to three boys, and volunteer on various committees and clubs as well as mentor young women entering the accounting field. Joanne has always been a hard worker, and has always been ambitious in achieving her professional goals while she maintains a humbled character, focused on assisting numerous initiatives within the community succeed and thrive.

Joanne graduated from both Cambrian College and Laurentian University and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, as well as a Chartered Professional Accountants designation. Joanne started with Collins Barrow in 1993, and became a partner in 2011. She is passionate about helping others to achieve success, and this ambition has been a leading cause to her success in working with a variety of clients over the years. She is committed to helping people grow and reach their full potential and this is evident in her personality and charisma.

Joanne has participated in various community projects as a volunteer and is currently a Board Member of the Sudbury Community Foundation and the Treasurer for BPW Greater Sudbury. Past volunteer roles include being a coach for Social Enterprise Development through Innoweave, a member of the Regional Grant Committee through the Starter Company Regional Grant Committee, a volunteer judge for FedNor Youth Business Plan Challenge, and a parent representative for the Joe Macdonald Youth Football League and the Sudbury Junior Varsity Gladiators.
